      Pros

      -Genuinely cool product that our customers love. Amazing work is being done on the dscout platform every day. -The founder is really transparent (from decisions to direction company is going in) -Teammates are incredibly smart, whole company is low ego

      Cons

      -The standard stuff with any growing company -- making sure formal structure(s) getting in place as company keeps hiring.

      Great culture, perks, and product!

      Pros

      - Great culture: In my role, I have to work with many people outside of my direct team and department. I have yet to meet anyone who I wouldn't want to work with in the future. They've all be so kind! Everyone seems to have a sense of ownership over their domain of work and are willing to go out of their way to help others out. - Great perks: dscout has some really nice benefits when it comes to health insurance, wfh/remote work flexibility, education stipend, etc - Great product: It's awesome to work on a product that customers seem to love and use regularly as part of their research practices.

      Cons

      - Nothing specific comes to mind. Company seems to be growing, so hopefully we don't lose the current culture as we scale.
