Pros

salaries are competitive, flexi fridays (4:30 or 2pm finishes)

Cons

- Parking is only assigned to employees grades 6 and above. The rest are required to park in a council car park at £200 per quarter. - The HR department was the most disorganised yet. Expectations levels were set extremely high by HRD. - There were evidence of bullying within the HR workforce (notably aimed at me by line manager) and certain individuals (mainly HR managers) who often cannot help but slander and alienate their subordinate/s. - job specs are often misleadingly written the actual work content mismatches the job spec. - work life balance within HR is poor. You are expected to start at nine and finish at five thirty. Finishing any earlier leads to condemnation unless you are a higher grade employee.
