      Pros

      Good company if you are young, young employee base, easy to make friends. More or less a flat organization, with easy access to all levels.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains. Culture is starting to shift and it seems the company is at the brink of a reorganization. No clear career paths or straight forward career progression. Offices in cities other than Cincinnati in the US have closed, so it seems that Cincinnati is the only choice for a career. Work can be monotonous and boring. Strategies are not consistent one quarter to the next. The company is becoming more political, with upper "inner circles", can feel like a "boys club" sometimes

      Good Managers, career advancement opportunities, exciting work, intelligent people, culture is engaging and fun, great benefits, good pay, acknolwedgement and rewards for hard work.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so it has growing pains but we are working through them with the support of our employees.

      Type of work is great - variety and innovation. Benefits anre very competitive. Lots of talented people. respect in the workplace

      Appears to be lack of solid vision from senior management as evident from constant reshuffle. No clear process of career growth.
