Pros

* Very competitive salary, holiday and bonus structure * Active social and community groups * Worldwide reach and growing * Diverse client base in Retail and CPG * Fast moving and dynamic * Work hard play hard culture * Long service rewarded * Work Life balance appreciated * Worked with some of the most intelligent graduates in the world (Cambridge, MIT, Oxford the norm here)

Cons

* Stagnation a problem * Career Management not effective (a nod to the "career manager" but no practical help in planning out a career or assisting in career change/movement) * Promotion only happens if you have the right manager * Old Boys network very prevalent * More time given to graduate training than staff retention * External management training non-existent

Pros

Very bright people Exposure to many aspects of the marketing planning process Access to a massive longitudinal shopper database Often, the problems are interesting Good benefits for a services firm

Cons

Strong groupthink culture Value to clients has been oversold, and so skepticism exists about the value of dh Leadership (as opposed to management) is not valued within the firm The "fun" culture is predicated on continued growth, and when the growth slows, the lack of leadership ability will become more evident

Pros

dunnhumby offers very competitive benefic packages, and a good work/life balance. Senior management recognition is also a reason I like working here. More importantly, dunnhumby plays in a white space where there're a lot of opportunities, that's also why employees in this company are excited about where the company is going. There're a lot of internal opportunities to move around teams to get exposed to different areas of the business, so it's a perfect place to launch your career.

Cons

Unfairness in promotion procedures still exists
