      Good place to start your career, but not the place to be if you want to make an impact at mid to senior level

      Vibrant culture; very social Competitive salary, company-wide bonus programs and top-notch benefits, including 5 weeks of vacation for even the newest employee Opportunity for a new grad to get exposure and make an impact

      Cons

      Opportunities decrease and influence wanes for more tenured employees; even those hired in with fresh ideas Despite its egalitarian culture, power & control exists in silos; decision making is confined to most senior levels and takes far too long to come to fruition. Claims to encourage innovation, but contrarian ideas are difficult to sell in. Stuck in "business as usual" mode

      There is a bit of "It's who you know" to get ahead here, promotion/recognition process needs some work Despite evidence to the contrary, management, at times, sets unrealistic expectations or overlooks quality for cheaper costs We don't challenge our clients to keep the customer first as often as we used to The push for globalization contradicts our message of market relevancy

      * We are treated with respect at all times * Work/life balance is on point * Work is fun and interesting * The office is a fun environment to work in * Great leadership with commitment to transparency

      Cons

      * There are a limited number of promotion opportunities. Jobs are essentially on a scale from 1 -7, with Grade 1 being entry level and G7 being a senior VP. Most people are in the levels 1-3 range. If you are used to working for a company with promotions every year, this company is not for you. However, not everything in life is about getting a tiny promotion every year. The move from level to level at this company is meaningful.
