Pros
High-growth, high-opportunity startup with great leadership / culture. I've had the opportunity to be involved in a diverse set of projects that have grown my knowledge both of data analytical tech as well as the finance domain -- there are no boundaries at this company, and leadership is very helpful at connecting people with new areas for growth and advancement.
Cons
As with any fast-growing company, there's a great deal of work to do and sometimes things can feel a bit chaotic.
