Remote and flexibility that is about it.

Cons

micromanagement, harassment if your on her bad list. They know she is a bad fruit even though a lot of complaints and people leave because of her. Everything in the office is about politics so no point in trying to get a raise or showcasing abilities.

Super sharp management, great people, great product.

Cons

I really genuinely don't have any cons to mention. The interview process was a bit exhausting. I guess the health insurance options could be a bit better, but this is a place run by professionals that care about their employees.
