Previously decent work culture and work-life balance (before acquisition). A few good colleagues still trying to hold things together.

Cons

The company was recently acquired by Accion Labs, and since then, it has been a complete mess. There's no transparency—HR and managers are clueless and unable to give consistent answers about the future. Internal communication is contradictory: one thing is shared over email, and something completely different happens in reality. Promised appraisals in April 2025 after a nominal hike in October 2024 were suddenly cancelled at the last minute (April 30, 2025). The CEO has resigned, and leadership seems scattered with no clear direction. Employees with connections to senior leadership are getting double-digit hikes and retention bonuses, while others are handed 3-4% increases—demoralizing and unfair. No clarity on roles, expectations, or future plans—people are confused and anxious daily.
