-Flexible working hours ( still you will end up working more as it has smaller teams ) - Good package while joining( only good thing terms of money ) - People are friendly helpful, may treat you like family which is very good. -people are ready to help, you can reach out to anyone directly -Things depends on your repo with management -Wfh / hybrid depends on project

Cons

-NO JOB SECURITY (THEY DO ALOT OF LAY OFFS BEWARE) - MANAGEMENT IS WORST DONT care ABOUT EMPLOYEE (No Hikes for many people) -Discrimination/ favouritism even if you are talented some one else would get things and you won’t -Old thought process and mindset of some seniors - They have alot of ways to not give you hike - As it is now aquired by Accion lab they have started treating current employees as animals only the one in top level gets everything goood the front liners are not. - Would I advise you to join (there is a condition if you are surely getting project, permanent role not contract, you may give a shot as they give good money when hire later you dream of hike )
