Work environment is okay here. You will work here on project completely from beginning to end. Good team co-ordination persons in the higher level of the team was also good and helpful. Co-ordination with other teams was also good at here.

Technical growth is less. Recognition for this department is near no compared to other departments. Work pressure is high and difficult to manage work life balance. Less pay compared to work extracted from employee
