      Pros

      Great owner who really cares about all employees. Many amazing employees who really care and help one another be their best. Fun place to work for the most part. Great location near Desert Ridge. Best clients.

      Cons

      More training could be had. Errors from employees cause problems and upset clients. Sales team promise more than is even possible. Too much drama in some departments...lack of professionalism.

      Pros

      Just started and really enjoying how this company operates. They appreciate and support their employees and their families. I have an awesome trainer that demonstrates and explains how the processes work. Questions are always welcome and feedback is strongly encourage which makes me feel like I am a worthy contributor to the overall department and company. Very excited to learn more things and expand my knowledge base.

      Cons

      None that I can think of at this time.
