The biggest con of working in the Comms department is the tedious review process for everything you do. If you want to be trusted to do the work in the way you think is best, or if you are accustomed to quick and efficient processes, this department is not for you. If you enjoy having 5 other people weigh in on your work to ensure everything is "perfect" then you might like working here.
