Pros

eBay is a major player in a growing industry that is an irreversible trend globally (e-commerce). In general colleagues are smart, collaborative and passionate about what they do. Pays well.

Cons

Too many executive leadership changes in recent years. Brand is not seen as hip and sexy, esp by Gen Z.
