Pros

eBay is a great company with tremendous benefits. They are a people centric company who truly tries to do the right thing. The size of the company makes change slow, but thats not abnormal for large companies. The mission and vision are clear and it provides a lot of direction.

Cons

Size of the company leads to slow change. Likewise it can sometimes feel behind the curve from a technology standpoint which is strange for a tech company.
