I asked for a new supervisor because the one I had was constantly making unproductive or unprogressive remarks without constructive criticism. If I grabbed water before my shift, he would tell me it’s not time to grab water (it was my personal time prior to my shift.). Training was horrendous. They told the trainer she had to hit the phones after training us because she didn’t know anything about the job so she quit. I was eventually let go because of a comp I made during training by the trainer’s instructions because I didn’t fill out the comp template that I didn’t know existed until after training. The job is hard, the leadership is degenerative, and the training is unheard of.

They don’t care at all abt employees. Management looks down on everyone. Breeds contempt.
