Healthy environment, good coworkers,good tools,score card are reasonable,admin pretends to listen,

Cons

You only get a decent salary when you are from the United States but for other cs rep from other countries pay is really low.they always have tech issue and don't resolve it.they don't care about seller only the buyes. Admin are not fair.schedule also sucks I had an 2 months or working 6 days in a week because scheduler is lazy and doesn't care about you.he will put you on phone time for 4 hours before break then after 30 minutes puts you to lunch
