      Pros

      One of the least political companies I've worked at. People at eBay genuinely want to do the right thing for customers. Management are very supportive of people who are good at their jobs and want to work in a flexible way.

      Cons

      The inclusive culture can mean it takes a while to get stuff done as everyone feels they have a right to contribute to the decision making process. Some decisions end up being made by committee and too many compromises are made in order to keep everyone happy. That said, once decisions are made everyone generally gets on with it and pulls out all the stops to get things done.
