      Overhyped

      Pros

      - Did not cancel their internship program - Send interns a lot of gifts - Held virtual socials/events

      Cons

      - A lot of people keep saying they pay is great, but intern salary in tech has become very competitive, so I wouldn't say that the pay was outstanding. - Poor communication between and within teams - I really think the intern program is a hit or miss depending on the team/project you're assigned to. - Doesn't feel like the product is going in an innovative direction. - If you're a prospective intern, try and get as much info about what you'll be working on/who you'll be working with before you sign.
