      Naturally a combination of tech and biz, still one-of-a-kind business model (though not so true as it used to be)

      Cons

      bad holistic governance, project from one team always dilute/pollute the efforts of another when these two are supposed to work closely with each other; legacy and mentality from the industrial age, live in the past not to the future, very concerned that it will be the another large company to be disrupted. over-weight margin and under-weight growth/investment

      Enjoyed shilling on their discussion boards to make unhappy sellers even more miserable.

      All of the free sesame seed bagels were eaten up before I got to work and I had to settle for garlic ones...EWWWW
