It's who you know but the benefits are good

The benefits are great and if you have health issues, the company can be accommodating, also, if you're planning a family the benefits are above average compared to other companies. Most positions are work from home so that's a plus in many ways.
Cons
On the other hand, reserved employees who prefer to focus on their work may struggle. Befriending your manager and team leader is crucial for success, as most positions are work-from-home, and video conferences/chat are the main ways to connect. Teammates are expected to be available throughout their shifts (except for breaks and lunch), while leaders have more flexibility for personal errands whether you're hourly or salary. This disparity in expectations felt unfair.
