Bad culture: employees hard-pressed to answer a phone or reply to an email - just did their own things Bad culture: too many "empire builders" just cared about how big their teams were Bad culture: too much internal / product change based on short-term market metrics (quarterly performance, stock price, etc)

Great benefits, decent pay, somewhat of a decent starting point in customer service.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t really care about the issues, there is no room to truly grow, too much with cliques, too much drama (managers sleeping with subordinates) with no ability to address the issue, not paid what you’re worth.
