eBay has some great people who genuinely want to do what is right for the business. The culture promotes teamwork and collaboration within your defined department. The atmosphere is casual, and diversity is celebrated.
Cons
eBay does not execute well. There are too many teams working on too many projects without collaboration. Changes get rolled out without fully considering the impact on other departments and the selling community as a whole.
