Playing catchup to other competitors Limited growth opportunities. Maybe manager to blame Manager never groomed anybody from within the team to step up to the next level

The time-off policies were jacked up and eBay is not a family oriented place to work. Their attendance policy sucks, even if you have a sick kid. They don't care!! Some of the team leaders and coaches were not experience. They didn't know how to talk or treat the employees. I also feel there was no room for advancement. No African American's were in any positions other than taking phone calls.
