There’s a lot of opportunity to make good money here, and you have the ability to work in eBay offices in other countries, though it comes with a pay cut unless you are moving to the US.

Cons

This company is a bit of a mess. Their tech is old and poorly maintained. Their architecture in every area I’ve worked in has been a complete disaster. They try things, go through an org change, and drop all those things on the floor and start another thing. This happens over and over, which is largely why it’s such a mess. And no, not all tech companies are like this.

Lots of opportunities to learn. Solid culture and good benefits. Definitely a company you'd want on your resume. Bullish on new-ish CEO.

Cons

Promotions and moving upward is hard. Working for a US company means the APAC hub is often an after-thought. Tough competition right now
