Business Outlook
Pros
As someone who has come from multiple toxic environments, this place was a breath of fresh air. Super diverse Great pay (salary, bonuses, benefits, etc.) People are smart, kind and genuinely care about the business. My manager empowered me and made me feel really confident in my field. Work life balance is great. All around an amazing opportunity and there is room for growth.
Cons
Layoffs happen often, so job security isn’t a thing here… which sucks. Would have definitely stayed here longer if not for that.
