Really good benefit package, stock, mental health and wellness benefits with Lyra (company paid) company bonus as well as work life balance.

Cons

Not great in growth and development, management is not consistent with values, low options of growth, lack of feedback, promotions are given to people with the minimum effort and and sometimes feel it's not worth giving extra as there is not enough recognition for the work done.
