Management repeats the same mistakes and refuses to listen to it's employees when we voice concerns. In fact when we voice our opinions we're told not to speak about it or complain unless it's to our TL where you are then bullied into silence lest you lose your job. There is also little to no upper movement available, don't ever expect to move anywhere but laterally so they can pile more work on you from cross training and lay off more people.
