Difficult work dealing with irate customers without possibility of offering a resolution.

Coaching frequencies are lacking. I've requested to do side by sides multiple times and have been told they would be set up. I still have not had this done yet. Working from home, I want to be exposed to other methods and styles that my colleagues do so I can learn from them. This is creating a longer lead time for my own personal development slowing down my career growth. Pretty disappointing.
