Pros
no pros whatsoever. When your training time was longer than the amount you worked there is something seriously wrong with the company...lol
Cons
Kept telling us through the training process how they don't lay off people EVER....2 weeks into production we weren't getting enough calls cuz THEY overhired and so they laid us off. Barely 2 months at the job. Such a scummy move. I literally just came from another company that laid us off. Then all these companies complain about how they have no workers and don't keep people who actually want to stay and work... laid off the second time in less than 5 months....bad place no security DO NOT work here.
