It was great company I worked in. I made great friends thru eBay. - Amazing Company - Great Work life Balance - Very good Salary - Good Stock / RSU options

1. Work life balance is great 2. Total compensation is really good 3. Support from leadership is excellent

Cons

You can tell it's an older company that has some older technology and processes. That can be frustrating and wastes time

Great culture over all, people first, flexible, challenging work and cutting edge technology.

Cons

Leadership has changed away from inclusive and supportive to pushing and less human. Moving toward grinding the people, less inspiration and trust.
