      Pros

      The people are nice..San Jose is a good city and the work is good. The company has a huge global presence and the website exists in many different countries in several different languages. Also, with the acquisition of Skype and PayPal, there is a lot more work that can be done to improve the current condition at eBay.

      Cons

      the company is on the decline and the stock prices are plunging. Some of the policies adopted by the company are not going down well with the users and thus the user base of eBay is falling.

      This used ot be a great place to work. The only good thing about this company are the people who are not in managment who are left wondering why so many unecessary and detrimental changes have been made in recent months. I like the regular folk that work in the regular jobs who areleft scratching their heads every day as to why this company is being driven into the ground by Donanhoe.

      Cons

      If it was not for this terrible economy I would be out of this place where people are treated like cattle. Management is a bunch of buffoons who like to make crazy rules to justify their jobs. Ebay will probably go out of business due to poor management left to make despotic rules unchecked. Did I mention that I hate this place I work at? I HATE IT HERE!

      Pros

      Nowdays, great benefits is all that's left. I'd high-tail it out of there if it wasn't for the benefits.

      Cons

      eBay use to be a fun place to work. Donahoe has made eBay a miserable debacle and it's getting worse every day. He is the most stubborn hard-headed boss I have ever worked for! I never thought I would say this, but I miss Meg! Come back Meg!!!!!
