Lots of Cons: 1. If manager does not find you benefincials he will keep you rotating in different processes and even in other cluster. 2. You move to any program you have to complete 18 months to eligible for IJP. 3. Not easy to get promotion without manager supports. 3 Employee from past 10 years are working at the same designation. 4. No opportunity to learn new as they need experience people to work on technology. 5. The don't appreciate employee hard work. 6. Very low annual increment like 3%.
