1. Good for freshers 2. Mostly copy paste projects. So mostly good choice for non technical employees 3. Work life balance depends upon Senior Managers.

Cons

Cons: 1. Low salary: As a fresher you may start at 13K as Analyst and after 10 years you would be at 30K with designation as Senior Analyst meaning just one promotion. 2. Company has zero experience in handling tech projects so beware. You can be easily hired and double easily fired. 3. Critical tech projects are handled by non technical verbally abusive managers who have managed copy paste projects. 4. Verbally abusive and physically intimidating senior managers easily climb the ladder. 5. Apart from recruitment team other HRs are pretty useless and are warming their chairs. They do not listen but are famous for knee jerk reactions. 6. PM and PM++ who have been there for 10 and above years of tenure are very homely in this company and run processes as their private properties.

The learning and knowledge management team is the best in the industry. The shared services function are very employee focused during times if crisis etc.

Cons

Sales pipeline can get better. No other cons.
