Salary was good 15k now they reduce it as well so no pros of this company.

Sexual harassment of women, abusive management, slavery, bad training waste of talent and knowledge. There are managers in eclerx who ask sexual favour from women employee one manager used to hug every girl in a team and one more manager asked women employee if she is going for washroom? When she asked for break when she said washroom then manager asked her in hindi are you going for one number or two number . So worst organisation for women, even there parties are famous for sexual abuse and teasing. Do not wast your life here. And managers are abusive HR think as if she is queen of india and treats employee as slaves.
