1) No shortage of quality wok. You'll come across new things every month, Specially, if you are a part of analytics team. 2) Company is based out of Chandigarh, you can expect a better life quality and standard. 3) People are amazing. You'll find less annoying people comparatively to the large giants in the same industry.

Cons

1) salary is not up to the mark as per market standards. Also, Cabs are available for night shift employees but you've to pay 1200rs to avail the facility. 2) No work from home & very less night shift allowance. 3) 9.30 hours of working time 4) Promotions are not easy. An average rating would end up giving very low percentage in hike
