Good Starting Point for Beginners, But Comes with Drawbacks

Fully remote setup makes it convenient for those who prefer working from home. Company provides equipment, which is helpful, especially for fresh grads or those just starting out. Government-mandated benefits are included. Great stepping stone for newbies who want to gain experience in the design field.

Cons

Requires working night shifts and has rotating schedules, which can really mess up your body clock. Time-tracking software can feel a bit restrictive and micromanaging. The salary is very low compared to industry standards, even for entry-level roles.
