good work and compensation at senior management levels very well laid out business execution framework good, smart people in pockets

Cons

very "bpo-ish" culture - in terms of offices, infra etc. slow decision making, at tactical levels low strategy to execution mapping too stuck in existing processes and projects to look or invest in anything new

Good for fresher to get experience maximum employees are almost youths i.e. 20-27 age groups No cabin, cubical system. All sit together 5000+ employees strength offices in pune, mumbai, chandigarh
