      Pathetic company with horrible managers and neglible appraisals

      Nothing this company is horrible no human ethics.

      Cons

      Do not join this company if you are experienced candidates they will destroy your self esteem with there horrible managers.Manager will just bully you and shout at you in the standup calls on daily basis in front of 30 people. Appraisals are 3% which is horrible as the workload is huge and for just a very less amount you will loose your mental peace.

      Since It is a service based company, you will learn and will get exposer to different clients.

      Cons

      Senior Managers are too busy to take calls with you. Delays in responses. Not every team is good. No respect to juniors. It is very hard to take leaves.
