Good for fresher, good start up for fresher, Bimonthly bonus available, flexible shift timings, well organised events, annual events, lots of freedom.

Cons

Salary growth is very less, annual bonus is very less, salary and career growth is very slow, policies are not good for Internal Job Post.

Pros

The only good thing about eclerx is, They do not have night shift for girls. There is nothing good i can think of.

Cons

1.Complicated and confusing HR policies 2.Pathetic transport (for which you will have to pay and which they think is at subsidised rates which is absolutely not) 3. Team which I am working with that is GFX horrible people. 4.you just pray to God to grant some strength to survive here. 5. Do not expect any support from the senior management (team lead,process manager,senior process manager no one ) 6. A very high level of politics, which you,ll need time to understand what actually is going on.
