      no professionalism apart from 8 hours people are working 11-12 hours. no gain in experience not value for money not positive energy

      no growth no hike low salary only work on excel and powerpoint.

      Compensation is not much good. Also variable pay is really disappointing. They always cut down variable in their name of performance

      Cons

      X is one of a character whom you should never work with because of his hatred towards other religion. We are taught sex,religion and race are big taboos in professional life as people might feel offended. But this guy is above all of them he will poke you, will try to stop you from practising your faith and moreover will harress you. What saddens me more is that Senior Management was unable to take any action against this filthy act.
