Less than the industry standard growth rate provided People can't distinguish between work hours and personal hours Poor infrastructure with carpets all worn out, single vending machine for the whole floor, college like seating arrangement Most of the managers expect employees to extend beyond work-hours even if they have to sit idle without any work Client-centric approach with no value for the resources and their capacity

- Very aggressive company - Process oriented makes it easy to execute the job - Invests in Training & Development - Helpful people in the company - Plenty of hands on experience to boost confidence, and prepare for future roles - All in All - Good place to start your career with, as it breeds you well for better offers.

Cons

- Weird mix of talent in the company, makes it difficult to set expectations - To save costs, eClerx invests in cheap labour - thereby lesser credentials, lesser pay packages, higher attritions - Resources are treated as systems - groomed and upgraded for performance, but not enough employee engagement otherwise

I have been associated with eClerx for more than a year now. Lets sum up the pros: Good platform to learn new things Theres a backup policy and cross training policy that is followed in eclerx which gives scope for employees to learn new processes and develop skill set.

Cons

Management just tries to impose their decisions on subordinates without any opinions taken into consideration. No drop facility for female employees during 1 PM to 10 PM shifts. Auto promotions are put on hold. Favoritism paves way. Salary hike is way too low.
