      Pros

      A small company gives an advantage of visibility to the leadership. Leadership team is reachable for your queries. You can build skills into processes in back office operations.

      Cons

      No Vision. Poor resource management and planing. Top Down approach giving maximum benefits to the highest in the hierarchy. Not very open culture. It is too much hierarchical. People will talk to you based on your hierarchies. Not a great work to do for people coming from premier colleges. Not much work to diversify since it is a KPO. Poor HR and policies. Bad culture.
