Holiday on weekends, Indian holidays, Formals not compulsory, all type of decent & mildly indecent casuals are allowed, personal landlines, unlimited breaks, Airoli Mindspace office very near to station

Cons

Very low salary, tatti company policies, lower than lowest expected hike, company party once in 3 years, team outing only twice a year that too at some common place, pathetic canteen food, badly maintained recreational rooms, bags not allowed on floor, partial towards female employees, unenthusiastic managers, colleagues with uncle-mentality

Good for the beginner to learn and leave the company after 1 years or 1.5 years if you joining a analyst. Interview could be cracked easily comparatively with the other competitors company

Cons

Does not pay well irrespective of their competitors and that the reason people do not stick to long with the company. Management is not not supportive in some of the processes.
