      Good company to start in Finance industry.

      Cons

      Pathetic management. Anyone can become a manager if they are good with their manager without even being skilled. In each team and in almost every batch applicants, they will deduct their bonus and put it in their pocket. Mangers are so greedy that they even put the heavy amount of money into their pocket sent by the clients for the team parties, such a horrible mentality, am sorry but i must say this. And the last that the managers with their born attitude.

      Work Culture, No pressure in most of the departments. Camaraderie, Integrity and Inspiration

      Slow growth Advice to CEO or Senior Management 1. Team budget is too low 2. Rewards amount are less. Budget needs to be increased. 3. Outings has a very low budget. Employees have to contribute some amount to go on a picnic 4. No drop facilities for the people working in night shifts (This is just pathetic) 5. Despite above feedback provided so many times in an Open Forum. They just listen and do not do anything about it. 6. Company always looks forward to cut off budgets or cost cutting through various channels. Their favorite one being is employee's salary. 7. Numerous tricks for lower increment, lower bonus and so on. This has been continued now for a long time.
