The ambience is good. Good colleagues. I have known some friends who got MBAs done here after they joined as freshers.

Cons

Mobile phones are not allowed in most of the processes. HR makes very big untrustworthy promises (make sure you get everything in writing ) . The work environment is very stringent and management not very co operative. All in all not a wonderful place to work.
