      Pros

      there were some excellent clients for a while. there are some very bright middle managers across the organisation

      Cons

      the senior management is two-faced. the overall culture across regions is poor. and the turn over of key staff across all levels is rather high. There is a glaring focus on company margins, even if at the expense of long term growth.

      Good exposure and responsibilities with the very start at managerial level. Possibility of transition opportunities if you are lucky. Transparent communication through hierarchy and good growth guaranteed with performance ( exception of common nuances across organizations)

      Cons

      Annual increment is less. Pay for the junior level is quite less.
