      Pros

      Better opportunity for career take off, good working environment, friendly management, better knowledge of ongoing trends in the market, good ambience and working area. A good and corporate governance environment. Best is, no night shift for females.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism, not an good option for experienced professional. lack of etiquettes and moral ethics in working professionals, growth is stagnant and poor hike.

      Pros

      Good exposure and interaction with Client ( depends on the process). Work load is moderate Growth till senior analyst position is automatic based on tenure.

      Cons

      Growth and increments are slow. Management prefers to bring managers from outside the company rather than grooming internal resources. Appraisals are yearly and not that satisfactory.

      No Management, Manager demoralize employee, No recognition, No Career growth, Every Manager implementing his own rules, Employee Harassment, No timely documented provided when you resigned from the company, you have to call them again and again for the document.
