POLITICS IN SOME TEAMS. Manager ko maska maaro. Appraisal depends on how bonded you are with managers; Not good for Freshers. They will make you sit on bench for 6 months.

Cons

Nice pay,Superb work enviroment.CMMI level-3 working standards. Good for 2+ experienced people. Not so Challenging projects. (Note: beautiful HRs)

good work and compensation at senior management levels very well laid out business execution framework good, smart people in pockets

Cons

very "bpo-ish" culture - in terms of offices, infra etc. slow decision making, at tactical levels low strategy to execution mapping too stuck in existing processes and projects to look or invest in anything new
