Good for freshers to start their corporate career

Cons

I have observed some managers are religiously, regionally or linguistically biased. These managers choose employees who full fill either of the above traits for spot rewards or promotions; due to which I lost a few crucial awards which would have boosted my career... this obviously kills the morale of the deserving ones

eClerx gives a good platform for freshers to gain good experience. After working for almost two years you have great opportunities outside the company which are looking for the experienced professionals. Finance domain has very good processes of Investments banks from entire globe. It is not a bad idea for people seeking to develop their career in Investment banking to start with eClerx

Cons

the biggest downfall is that you work for an Investment bank but get paid as per KPO industry. payscale is not very lucrative.
