      Good company for freshers but not a good comp for Software developers

      Less pressure Young Environment Flexible working hour Good salary for campus hired candidates... Good training... No dress-code

      Cons

      Many of the managers are very very pathetic,non-experienced,rude...(but not all) Uses outdated technology.. Pick-up and drop is not good in all areas especially in Pune.. Lot's of security... Company is not for Software developers but very good who are looking for a good career in Finance and Digital marketing....
